SC State Museum’s Night at the Museum and $1 Admission Day

Night at the Museum, Fri., March 31 – Sat., April 1  

The South Carolina State Museum is giving families a chance to experience a night at the museum, Friday, March 31 through Saturday, April 1. Guests will get to explore the entire museum, including the museum’s new blockbuster exhibit Savage Ancient Seas. The event will also include special shows in the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Planetarium, the Rev. Dr. Solomon Jackson, Jr. 4D Theater and a night under the stars in the Boeing Observatory. $1 Admission During First Citizens First Sunday, April, 2

General admission to the South Carolina State Museum is only $1 for guests on First Citizens First Sunday. Included in general admission, guests can explore four floors of permanent and changing exhibits. Blockbuster exhibit admission, BlueCross Blue Shield of South Carolina Planetarium and Rev. Dr. Solomon Jackson, Jr. 4D Theater shows are an additional price. Visit scmuseum.org to learn more.

 

Explore it all and Save for one Low Price During April

Guests visiting during the month of April can take advantage of the South Carolina State Museum’s Spring Savings Pass, which gives access to Happy Feet: 4-D Experience, Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure planetarium show, admission to the blockbuster exhibit, Savage Ancient Seas: Prehistoric Predators and access to the museum’s galleries.  The Spring Savings Pass is $16 per child, $17 per senior and $18 per adult and also includes 10% off in the Crescent Café and the Cotton Mill Exchange museum store.  Visit scmuseum.org to learn more.
