COLUMBIA, S.C. – New Director Brings Ten Years of Local Marketing and Nonprofit Experience to the Organization
The South Carolina Philharmonic is proud to announce and welcome Kristin Morris as the organization’s new Marketing & Communications Director.
Morris joins the Philharmonic staff with ten years of communications and nonprofit experience. Previously Kristin held the position of Marketing Manager at the Nickelodeon Theatre. She is also a founding member and previous Board President of Girls Rock Columbia, a nonprofit organization that empowers youth through rock music education and collaborative workshops.
Kristin Morris is a Midlands native and University of South Carolina alumna. Her strong background with the cultural community combined with an enthusiasm for the growth and success for Columbia are all relevant and will enhance her role in this position.
