Rhythm on the River continues this Saturday with BRIAN CONNER and His Amazing Friends

The 2014 CMC Steel Rhythm on the River Concert Series reumes this Saturday, May 3rd, at the Wyman “Mac” Rish Riverwalk Park & Amphitheater (109 Alexander Road in West Columbia). Admission is FREE and the concerts are 6:00P.M. – 9:00P.M.

Performing this weekend is BRIAN CONNER and His Amazing Friends and is sponsored by CQI Pharmacy Services

As the front man for local rock-funk combo Weaving The Fate, Brian Conner has cemented a place in the lexicon of popular local Columbia music beside his late brother Chris.
Performing under his own name with a rotating cast of friends, however, the younger Conner has been sounding a lot more like his older brother’s bands, more roots-rock than hip-hop and heavy on the community aspect of jamming with good friends who just happen to be great musicians.
Opening this weekend is Amber Willoughby

No outside alcoholic beverages allowed; food & drinks available for purchase.
