Limited Tickets Available for Farm to Table Dinner to Benefit LICS

Celebrate all things local with Lexington Interfaith Community Services’ Farm to Table Dinner. The Farm to Table dinner is a movement focusing on producing food locally, and preparing and serving the food as a meal to local consumers. The Farm to Table truly brings people in a community together to share a meal ‘family-style’ and fellowship with one another. Add in local entertainment, and a beautiful evening on a farm in Lexington, and you have our Farm to Table dinner on September 10th! The best part? All proceeds benefit LICS, and stay in Lexington County to serve those in need.

Bring your family, friends or colleagues for an evening under the stars at Clinton Sease Farm, 382 Olde Farm Road in Lexington. Featuring locally sourced ingredients, a three-course meal catered by The Farmer’s Shed will be served family style; with dinner seatings at 6 PM and 8 PM. Beverage pairings include wine and seasonal craft-beers from across the Palmetto State, served by Krafty Draft and presented by Kent Collins Law Firm. Enjoy entertainment throughout the evening by Reggie Sullivan Band. The Farm opens at 5:30, and guests are invited to enjoy the entire evening’s entertainment and fellowship, regardless of dinner seating. Tickets are $85 each, and can be purchased at www.licssc.org/farmtotable. Only 100 tickets will be sold for each dinner seating. Sponsorships are also available for businesses and organizations, and all sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. For more information, visit www.licssc.org/farmtotable.

This is the inaugural Farm to Table Dinner for LICS, and its success will touch the lives of many families and individuals across Lexington County. Lexington Interfaith Community Services met over 25,000 needs of the clients they served in 2015. Robin Bowers, Executive Director at LICS, said “We hope this fun evening will bring together friends, families, and businesses in Lexington, allow them to enjoy delicious food, and of course- be helping LICS to put food on the tables of thousands in our community.”
