Designed for women who are ready to shift their leadership skills into high gear, LeaderShift offers six intensive days of pragmatic leadership development
and personal assessment for women who are upwardly mobile in their career with:

  • 360-degree feedback from supervisors and peers
  • Individualized executive coaching
  • A meaningful network of women leaders

Understand your leadership strengths and face your challenges.

Dig deep with your executive coach, and find your best strategy to stay positive and energized in your work, even when obstacles arise.

Achieve balance and perspective, minimize gender stereotypes and avoid burnout.

Learn to focus on what really matters, market your ideas, map your leadership vision, create strategic alliances, negotiate effective outcomes and lead change.

Build partnerships by building relationships within your organization, making decisions that are “systemwise” and building consensus for strategic change.

Develop a team of motivated people who believe in your vision, trust your decisions and work together to implement innovative ideas.

Connect with other rising and top-level management professionals. Hear their failures and “ah-ha! moments,” and what they learned along the way.
