Children are invited to hop down the bunny trail to EdVenture for Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The eggstra-special day will consist of family-fun and spring-themed events throughout the museum.
Parents are invited to bring cameras for pictures of their child with the Easter Bunny, as well as enjoy Egg Hunts, Maypole dances, “exploding egg” science in the Bio Lab, and other activities such as face painting, tissue paper flowers, and spring seed planting.
“Spring Break is a great opportunity for families to spend time together,” said Karen Coltrane, president and CEO of EdVenture. “So we’ve been hard at work developing educational and spring-themed activities for area families, as well as those visiting the area for the holiday.”
All Eggstravaganza activities are free with membership or regular admission. The museum will be open every day in April from 9am until 5pm.
