Gilbert seniors honored by Columbia Urban League

GILBERT, S.C. — Five Gilbert High School seniors received an award for overall excellence from a local organization.

Breana Dashaé Black, Amaia Adrianna Coleman, Ebonee Nikola McBride, Dykeris Deshawn Morris and Bradford Alexander Weeks earned the Columbia Urban League Black History Month Young and Gifted Award during a ceremony on Saturday, February 25.

The award recognizes students for their hard work and merit in the areas of the arts, athletics, career and technology, and leadership.
