Five Points’ JerryFest Welcomes Record Crowd

On Sunday, October 2, 2016, the Five Points Association hosted JerryFest, a celebration of the life and art of Jerry Garcia.

The event drew just under 1,000 people from 16 different zip codes to the Five Points fountain, record numbers for the event’s three year history. Patrons spent the afternoon enjoying live music from five local bands, three local food vendors and ten arts and crafts vendors.

JerryFest would not have been possible without the generous support of these Midlands business: KW Beverage, Stone Brewing Co., CJ’s, Business Network Consulting, The Mad Platter, Loose Lucy’s, Papa Jazz, Jake’s, Listen Local, and City of Columbia.

Many more pictures from JerryFest are posted on the Midlands Anchor Facebook page.
