B.K.S. Iyengar developed the yoga wall as a prop for his students to use. Harnesses and ropes attach to the wall to assist students with their practice. This allows students to experience near-weightlessness as they explore poses in new ways. Wall yoga allows you to hold poses longer, build strength and improve flexibility.
All levels are welcome.
