Today, Columbia Heart announced the launch of their redesigned, more patient-friendly website. Additional features have been added to make the website a full-service resource for the public, referring doctors and their cardiology patients.
The clean look of the website gives users an easy-to-navigate experience, with an emphasis on the accessibility of the patient portal, the information needed to book appointments, and referrals from other physicians. An entire page is dedicated to important phone numbers, with patients having access to all of the Physicians’ Nurses and Secretaries. To keep patients up-to-date about the independent cardiology practice, a steady stream of information regarding each service and each physician has been added. There is also Employee and Physician Spotlights, which highlights members of the Columbia Heart team to help patients and the public get to know our physicians and our staff a little better. Additional updates on the website include educational resources for patients, heart health facts, and daily heart health tips.
