Columbia Chamber Welcomes New Employees

Vice President of Communications & Marketing and Events Coordinator added to staff.
The Columbia Chamber is excited to announce the newest additions to its team: Rose Dangerfield, Vice President of Communications and Marketing, and Rebekah Babovic, Events Coordinator.
“As the Columbia Chamber plans for our region’s future, I am pleased to add to the bench strength of our staff. The experience and talent that Rose and Rebekah lend to the Chamber will benefit our Partners and the community,” said Carl Blackstone, Columbia Chamber President and CEO.
Dangerfield spent seven years as Director of Communications at Time Warner Cable before joining the Columbia Chamber. She is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in corporate, government and nonprofit organizations. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. 
Babovic joins the Columbia Chamber as Events Coordinator coming most recently from the Forsyth-Monroe Chamber of Commerce. She brings five years of event planning and management experience. A Forsyth, Georgia native, Rebekah graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia.
