City Center Partnership Announces Main Street District Wins Four Amazing American Advertising Awards

Columbia, SC – February 22, 2017 – City Center Partnership is pleased to announce the Main Street District has received four American Advertising Awards from the American Advertising Federation of the Midlands. The awards are as follows:

• Gold for Consumer Website
• Silver for Integrated Cross Platform Brand Identity
• Silver for Branded Content Online Video
• Special Judges Award Nominee/People’s Choice Award Winner

“It’s very exciting to be in the Main Street District,” said Matt Kennell, president and CEO of City Center Partnership. “I would like to give a special thanks to our staff and marketing team and our marketing chair, Martha Studstill, for the vision and leadership to brand Main Street. CCP would also like to thank Chernoff Newman, Mayor Benjamin, City Manager Teresa Wilson, and her staff for working with us to implement this exciting new branding campaign.”

(CCP) is a non-profit organization that provides public space management, economic development, place management, marketing services, and public advocacy for the Main Street District in the 36-block area bounded by Gervais, Elmwood, Assembly, and Marion Streets. The organization is funded by the property owners within the district boundaries.
